Nobody launches a funded program planning to let it drift.

It starts as a promise. A grant agreement, a community that needs the thing to exist, a team that believes in it. Then reform lands, a key person leaves, and delivery eats every hour that was meant for stepping back. One day the program on the ground barely resembles the one everyone agreed to build.

Hyphae Network exists for that moment.

Hyphae are the fine threads beneath a forest. They connect root systems, move nourishment to where it's needed, and reconnect whatever gets damaged. Nobody sees them. Everything depends on them. Programs fail the same way forests do, when the connections underneath go quiet, between the program and its promise, between the team and its evidence, between an organisation and the community that trusted it.

We reconnect those threads.

The Rethread, our flagship: a 90-day fixed-price program realignment. Diagnose the drift, rebuild the program and its evidence alongside your team, coach the people who'll carry it, hand back the keys.

Fractional leadership: senior part-time and interim capacity for programs and portfolios in transition.

Workforce capability and mentoring design: building the people side so capability lasts beyond any one person.

Founded by Samantha Bowen, occupational therapist by training, Navy before that, with twelve years inside this sector's programs from national peak body to provider delivery, frontline to boardroom.

It starts with a Renewal Readiness Review. Thirty minutes, free, three questions: is there a date, can the story be shown, who signs.
