Hyphen is the first of its kind talent management group built to give Creators and Talent Managers a financial stake in the agency they’re building, together.

Hyphen is a new to market talent management group with a founding mission to professionalize the Creator Economy, and aim to extend real financial ownership to the people building it. Built specifically for the multi-hyphenate Creator, the people who build their own audiences, their own distribution, their own platforms, without waiting for gatekeepers to hand them a career.

At the center of the Hyphen launch is HyphenShare, a first-of-its-kind talent AND manager profit share program/options pool that gives Creators and their managers a financial stake in the agency’s development and future. This empowers everyone to row in the same direction all driving for financial success, together. We want our creators and managers to participate in the enterprise upside.

Digital is the most expansive era of talent and the one with the fewest safeguards. As we've seen, creatives have historically been priced out of ownership while building the businesses everyone else profits from. The legacy models were not designed for this type of talent and the future they are creating. Hyphen is.

Hyphen represents talent across the ever-evolving global verticals, including beauty, fashion, parenthood, lifestyle, fitness/wellness, sports/action/adventure, finance, culture, and beyond. All are Creators who are building full ecosystems themselves, but with the acceleration and amplification that managers bring to better optimize their career opportunities.

The agency was Co-Founded by Victoria Bachan and Alicia Rose, and is in partnership with an initial investment from the Reign Maker Group.
