Roger Ancona

Roger Ancona is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Senior Engagement Manager at Hyphen Solutions since October 2018, Roger focuses on the implementation of software products and the integration of these products with clients' systems at various levels. Prior to this role, Roger was a Service Delivery Team Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 1997 to October 2016, where responsibilities included managing a team of Technical Consultants for American Airlines in various operational aspects. Earlier in Roger's career, Roger worked as a Corporate Trust Officer at Bank of America from July 1985 to December 1996, overseeing a clerical team and handling bond issuance and payment processing for multiple accounts.
