Alan Colquitt

Alan Colquitt, Ph.D., is a leader in talent management, organizational change, and analytics, with extensive experience in various industries, including pharmaceuticals and consumer products. They have served as an internal consultant, advising executives and HR professionals while building organizational capability. Alan has held several prominent roles at Eli Lilly and Company, ultimately managing the corporate survey and assessment programs. Currently, they are the Principal of Colquitt Advisory and Coaching Services and hold adjunct professor positions at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and Butler University. Alan earned a BA in Psychology from Indiana University and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University, and is an active member of several professional organizations.
