Maher Hanafi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology sector. Maher has held various leadership roles and has a strong background in engineering.

Currently, Maher is the Vice President of Engineering at Betterworks, where they are responsible for building high-performing engineering teams and delivering top-tier SaaS solutions. Maher has led initiatives to integrate AI into the platform and migrate the backend from a monolith to microservices.

Prior to Betterworks, Maher served as the Vice President of Engineering at January AI, where they oversaw a multi-disciplinary engineering team and drove the technology strategy for precision health solutions.
