Stefanie White

Stefanie White has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Stefanie began their career at Walt Disney World Resorts in 2007, where they served as an Attractions Coordinator, Trainer, and Orientation Facilitator. During this time, they focused on maintaining high service standards and ensuring guest and cast safety through training and safety tests.

In 2010, Stefanie joined American Cruise Lines as an Assistant Hotel Manager and Cruise Director. Their responsibilities included managing operational components, training and leading the on-site crew, and meeting budget objectives to provide exceptional passenger experiences.

From 2004 to 2016, Stefanie worked at Marriott International, Inc. as a Front Office Manager. In this role, they contributed to cross-functional management, resolved challenges internally and with guests, and oversaw the hiring and training of new employees.

In 2017, Stefanie became an Office Manager at New York City Football Club (NYCFC), where they executed services supporting a staff of 100. Stefanie managed vendor relationships, scheduled repairs and maintenance, and developed facility management policies and safety protocols.

Currently, Stefanie serves as the Director of Facilities and Special Projects at Betterworks. Their responsibilities include proactively developing, implementing, and improving health and safety protocols, office functionality, and staff comfort worldwide.

Stefanie has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to take on new tasks and challenges, and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain composed under pressure throughout their work experience.

Stefanie White attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2005, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management.
