Every great product hits the same wall: enterprise customers want it their way, and your roadmap can't bend that far.

That's why we built Hypogen.

We're the elite engineering partner for SaaS companies, founders, and scaling startups who refuse to compromise on quality, speed, or ownership.
Born from 15+ years of partnerships under Academy Smart, we now focus exclusively on three things we do better than anyone:
🚀 Build Your Product
From idea to market dominance. Full-cycle development with a dedicated PM, Designer, and Tech Lead who own the outcome alongside you.
⚡ Build Your Team
Senior engineers embedded in your workflow. Pre-vetted, founder-minded, and delivering value from day one.
🔌 Extend Your Product
We're the integration arm of your SaaS. Customer-specific integrations with HRIS, CRM, ERP, SSO, and any enterprise system your customers throw at you — so your core team stays focused on the roadmap.

We don't just write code. We think like product owners, deliver like founders, and partner like co-founders.
