Vy Chen

Vy Chen is the VP of People at HYPR focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent while maintaining a culture of excellence and transparency. Prior to joining HYPR, Vy served as the Head of People at PeerIQ (acquired by Cross River). Before relocating to New York City, Vy worked at both Fortune 500 companies and tech startups in the Bay Area where she led and developed policies, performance management processes, training programs and employee engagement initiatives to scale and grow organizations.
