Timothy Anglim

Mr. Anglim, a 30-year financial executive veteran, became the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of HYPRES in September 2014. During his career, he has played a key role in the rapid expansion of numerous companies and successfully guided several turnarounds and reorganizations. A successful entrepreneur, Mr. Anglim is the founder of YesCFO, which offers high-level financial services to small and mid-sized companies. He recently served as CFO for the defense, space and aerospace supplier Marotta Controls, Inc., where he implemented a number of financial solutions that led to significant improvements to the company’s bottom line and cash flow. As CFO of Vira Manufacturing, Inc., Mr. Anglim helped shore up the company’s finances during a time period when many similar businesses were facing serious economic challenges. A certified public accountant (CPA), Mr. Anglim’s educational background includes a master of business administration in finance from Hofstra University School of Business and a bachelor of science in accounting from New York Institute of Technology. He is also a certified management accountant (CMA), a certified fraud examiner (CFE) and a chartered global management accountant (CGMA). A prolific writer, Mr. Anglim has been a contributor for such publications as US News and World Report, Accounting Today and Financial Fraud. The New Jersey Society of CPAs published his co-authored work “A/R: It’s an Asset – Most of the Time.” He is active in several professional organizations, including the Association for Corporate Growth and Financial Executives International.
