Mishel Alon

Mishel Alon's work experience begins in 1999 as a Team Leader for the Israeli Intelligence Corps, Unit 8200. In 2002, they transition to a Team Leader role at Hewlett-Packard and then moves on to work as a Software Engineer at Intel in 2005. In 2007, Mishel becomes a Product Manager at Ness, where they remain until 2010.

In 2009, Mishel co-founds melmec and serves as the CEO until 2012. Mishel then becomes a Strategy and Business Development MBA Intern at Motorola Mobility (Google) in the President's Office in 2012.

Mishel's next role is as the Head of user-facing products and Product Manager at Vidyo from 2013 to 2014. Starting in 2014, they take on a position as the Senior Vice President of Product & Operations at Jun Group, where they remain until 2019.

In the same year, they become the Chief Operating Officer at Jun Group and is later promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2023.

During this time, Mishel also works as the Chief Executive Officer at HyprMX Mobile, LLC starting in 2014, where they currently hold the position.

Mishel Alon obtained a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Mishel then pursued an MBA degree with a major in Entrepreneurial Management at The Wharton School, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to these degrees, in 1999, Mishel Alon also attended MAMRAM, although the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned.
