Hyr is revolutionizing recruitment for HR professionals, talent acquisition leaders, and recruiters. We understand the challenges of sifting through mountains of resumes and conducting countless initial interviews. That's why we built Hyr, an intelligent SaaS platform leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence to make hiring faster, smarter, and more cost-effective.

Our AI analyzes job descriptions using the Candidate Archetype Creator to define your ideal profile. It then parses resumes and profiles, assessing suitability and generating a proprietary JobFit Score. Go beyond the resume with our Candidate Video Analyzer, which transcribes and analyzes candidate video responses against your ideal archetype. Hyr streamlines the entire process, from automated screening and assessment to candidate management within our integrated ATS and Recruitment Intelligence Hub.

With Hyr, you can significantly reduce time-to-hire, efficiently screen large candidate pools, make data-driven decisions, lower recruitment costs, and ultimately improve the quality of your hires. Embrace the future of talent acquisition with Hyr.
