Lauren Smith is an experienced presenter and reporter with a diverse background in sports broadcasting. Currently serving as a Presenter for HYROX since May 2023, Lauren hosts live broadcasts for the Hyrox Elite 15 racing season and World Championships, while also producing content for YouTube and TikTok. As a sideline reporter for the CrossFit Games since April 2021, Lauren covers key events such as the CrossFit Open and European Semi Finals. Additional roles include providing voiceover work for the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, hosting at the Arnold Strongman Classic, and serving as a match day host for England Rugby. Previous experience includes reporting for BT Sport and the BBC, along with freelancing for Viaplay Group. Lauren holds a degree in Journalism, Film and Media from Cardiff University.
