Mintra Tilly is the Director of Sport at HYROX and the Founder & CEO of R-OG, a hybrid gym concept that integrates conditioning, strength, and functionality. They have served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Hamburg Freezers from 2013 to 2016 and have been involved in marketing at the Mountain Tactical Institute since 2017. Currently, Mintra is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management and has also trained as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the German Olympic Sports Confederation.
