As a co-founder of both Pankz Sports and Talent Valley UG, Ralf has extensive experience in sports management, retail, and wellness. Additionally, Ralf holds senior lecturer positions at various institutions, including the International School of Management and the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, where Ralf teaches courses in sports management and event management. With a robust educational background, including a DBA/PhD candidacy in Sports Management and an MBA in International Management, Ralf's expertise spans over 27 years in the sports industry, complemented by prior experience organizing events like the Rugby Forum in Germany.
