Sean Barry

Sean Barry has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sean is currently working as the Managing Director at hyrUP, where they design and delivers customized talent management solutions for organizations. Prior to this, Sean held various positions at Randstad USA, including Managing Director - Strategic and National Accounts and Practice Director - Recruiting. In these roles, they provided strategic direction, managed profit and revenue goals, and revamped talent acquisition processes. Before joining Randstad, Sean worked at ASI Government as a Client Relationship Specialist, where they focused on workforce development solutions for federal acquisition clients. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiter in the Finance and Accounting Division at Convergenz. Overall, Sean has a strong background in recruitment, leadership, and client relationship management.

Sean Barry attended Elon University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science.
