Eddy van Oort

Eddy van Oort has a diverse work experience in various industries. Eddy started their career in 2004 as an intern at Universidad de Concepcion. Then, they joined Delft University of Technology as a graduate student in 2004. In 2006, they became a PhD candidate at Aerospace Software and Technology Institute (ASTI), where they focused on adaptive flight control and enhancing aircraft safety.

In 2011, Eddy joined Frames as a Systems Engineer, involved in research and development, prototyping, and product pre-development in the energy sector. Eddy worked on innovative projects for the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry. From 2014 to 2021, they took on the role of R&D Engineer at Frames, specializing in PEM water electrolysis system design, stack integration, control system design, and system testing.

Currently, Eddy van Oort holds the position of Senior Systems Engineer at Hystar, starting in September 2021.

Eddy van Oort has a strong educational background in Aerospace Engineering. Eddy began their academic journey at Delft University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, specializing in Control and Simulation, from 2003 to 2006 at the same university. Eddy then continued their studies at Delft University of Technology and completed a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from 2006 to 2011.
