Matthew Ensor is an experienced distiller and production assistant with a diverse background in the spirits industry. Currently serving as the Head Distiller at Oslo Håndverksdestilleri AS since July 2018, Matthew also holds the position of Production Assistant at Hystar from August 2023. Prior experience includes founding and developing product ranges at HIMKOK from October 2014 to January 2018. Matthew's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Canterbury, a Level 3 qualification with merit from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and a bachelor's degree in Viticulture and Enology from Lincoln University (NZ).
