Tom Andrews

Tom Andrews is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Microsoft Engineer at Hyve Managed Hosting since October 2018, Tom is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers and managed services within a proactive support team. Prior roles include working as a 3rd Line Helpdesk Engineer at Focus Group (UK) and as an IT Infrastructure Technician at Leaders Ltd, where Tom advanced from 1st Line Support Analyst. Early career experiences include support roles at The Body Shop and Roundstone Nurseries Ltd., along with comprehensive IT training as an apprentice at Zenos IT Training, where Tom earned multiple industry certifications. Tom’s formal education includes A-Levels from Worthing College and GCSEs from Worthing High School.
