Wei Lim

Wei Lim is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in new product introduction (NPI) and inventory management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of NPI Supply Chain at Hyve Solutions since March 2023, Wei previously held roles including Supervisor and Program Manager, leading over 20 successful projects that projected more than $7 billion in annual revenue. Wei's expertise includes the development of innovative supply chain processes, risk management, and material planning. Prior experience includes roles at Bio-Techne, Supermicro, and Quanta Computer Inc., where Wei showcased skills in quality engineering, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Wei holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from San José State University.
