Ann Palmquist

Ann Palmquist is an accomplished Project Planning Manager at HZO, responsible for executing master production schedules for over 100 unique customers and maintaining detailed project timelines. With prior experience as a Master Scheduler and Production and Site Optimization Manager at Cree Lighting, Ann has significantly contributed to operational efficiency in a $2.4M warehouse. Ann's career began at Cree, where roles included Production and Warehouse Manager, Planner/Scheduler & Supervisor, and Training and Documentation Coordinator, showcasing a strong background in production lifecycle management and team development. Co-founding Red Bird Goods, LLC, Ann directed strategic brand development and vendor relationships, while also serving as a High School Spanish Teacher and Regional Manager for Pool Professionals of the Carolinas. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Meredith College.
