Emma do

Emma Do serves as the Director of Human Resources at HZO since February 2020. Prior to this role, Emma held key HR positions at Aviva Vietnam as Head of Total Rewards and Microsoft Mobile Vietnam LLC, progressing from Rewards Specialist to HR Manager over a four-year period. Emma's expertise encompasses HR strategy, rewards system management, performance management, and employee relations. Beginning a career at SEWS-Components Vietnam, Emma established the HR-GA team as the first employee, overseeing human resources and administrative functions. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Vietnam National University and an M.B.A. from Hanoi Open University.
