Simona Nikolova

Simona Nikolova has a Bachelor's Degree in International Applied Business Administration from Stenden University. Currently, Simona holds multiple roles at HZPC, serving as the Learning and Adoption Lead, Scrum Master, and HR Business Partner. Simona is also the Chairwoman of the Popalis staff association, enhancing employee engagement through various events. With a background in sales, finance, and project management, Simona excels in implementing HR tools, policies, and training systems. Simona has a strong track record of representing student bodies in various leadership positions during their time at Stenden University.
