At I AM Noticed, connection, kindness, and confidence are not just outcomes, they shape how we partner. We provide the insight and infrastructure districts need to align culture work with their strategic plan. Our simple per-school site license model ensures implementation is clear, scalable, and easy to manage across your district.

I AM Noticed is a mission-driven organization helping schools build sustainable positive culture by strengthening connection, kindness, and confidence among students, staff, and families.

Over the past decade, our work has supported 200,000+ students, educators, and family members through school partnerships focused on leadership development, culture practices, and community engagement.

Today, we are scaling this work through the I AM Noticed Digital Platform, a Culture Operating System for Schools designed to help districts move beyond initiative overload and build culture infrastructure that can be sustained from within.
