Mark Holmes

Mark Holmes was born and raised in Hendersonville, Tennessee—right outside of Nashville. Before joining I-CON, he spent 20 years in the customer service and experience field. In 2008, he became a Project Developer at ICS and rose to Senior Project Manager.

After working with I-CON products for 4 years, he joined the I-CON team in 2012 as the North Central Region Account Executive. He served the region for several years before taking a new role: Product Support Specialist. Thanks to his product expertise, he developed and piloted a field analyst program to better serve customers. In 2020, he returned to the sales team and is serving the North Central Region once again.
