.D.E.A.S. Lab is a social innovation platform that empowers youth and women to transform lived experience into real-world solutions. We exist to unlock creative potential in communities often overlooked by traditional systems — building inclusive pathways to leadership, entrepreneurship, and impact. Our mission is delivered through three pillars: - Creative Capacity Building – guiding changemakers through a 6-phase process to turn ideas into ventures, campaigns, or community projects - Tools for Inclusive Innovation – offering strategic mentorship, storytelling frameworks, and adaptive tech to support idea development - Collaborative Ecosystem Building – partnering with schools, cities, companies and organizations to co-create solutions rooted in local realities IDEAS Lab is based in Lisbon and operates internationally, especially across Europe and PALOP regions. We’re open to partnerships, pilots, and co-creation with those who believe innovation should be inclusive by design.
