Joel Vela

Joel Vela, CTS, is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in the audiovisual and network cabling sectors. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at i.e.Smart Systems, LLC since May 2023, Joel previously held design engineering positions at Diversified and ieSmartSystems, L.L.C., contributing to both AV design and estimation. Prior roles include AV Account Manager and OSPM/IT at Network Cabling Services, along with project management and technician positions at Devolve/Network Cabling Services and Technology Cabling Solutions. Joel has built a robust career in the industry since starting as a Network Technician in 2002.
