Executive search at its best – unparalleled track record of identifying and attracting the leaders of tomorrow.

I Executive Search (“I”) is a premier executive search firm specialising in the recruitment and assessment of professionals of the highest calibre. We were founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2010 by Ida Johansson.

With above 50 years of combined executive search, private equity, and advisory experience, we offer customised services to clients using our international perspective coupled with our local expertise. We are proud to offer a market-leading alternative to conventional executive search firms.

We work directly with key decision makers to place the most qualified and talented professionals for each role. Our clients are current and future industry leaders. I has become the ‘go-to’ choice for some of the most attractive private equity firms, private family offices, banks, and corporations for their C-suite and Board of Directors hires across various sectors, when faced by challenging and strategically important situations, building, replacement, and/or succession planning situations.

We are headquartered in Stockholm, with representation in Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Zürich, London, and Los Angeles.
