I Matter is a South African nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people through mental health advocacy, education, and community engagement. We believe that every young person matters and deserves the tools, support, and opportunities to thrive.
Through workshops, mentorship programs, and awareness campaigns, we aim to break the stigma around mental health, promote emotional well-being, and build resilient communities. Our work is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and the belief that empowered youth are the key to a better future.

At I Matter, we believe that every person matters and has the potential to make a positive impact in the world. Our founder's belief that changing the world one person at a time is our guiding vision. We envision a world where every individual impacted by GBV, mental health disorders and social crime receives the support they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
