I School is a non profit organization that was established by students in ‘The Rabin Leadership Program’ at the IDC Herzliya. The organization provides private online tutoring lessons in primary subjects, English and Math.

Assigning over 2,000 lessons with 80 volunteers from Israel’s top university students we are looking to expand our framework. The lessons are geared towards elementary school students in periphery areas in order to grant them access to the help they need in order to succeed. This year we have paired our volunteers in the municlipnies of Yeruham and Dimona and we are expanding into other areas.

All of our volunteers participate in training sessions given by teachers from the ‘Teach Israel First’ program. The sessions are gread to give tools and teaching techniques for online tutoring. Learning about the school curriculum and how to create a positive learning experience for our students.
