Soha E. has over 20 years of experience in the telecom, banking, microfinance, and credit bureau sectors, specializing in IT service management, testing, and support. They currently serve as the Head of IT Service Management, Testing & Support at The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E and have held the position of IT & Digital Director at Bedayti earlier in 2023. Previously, Soha worked as an IT Service Manager at Arab African International Bank and held various IT roles at Vodafone, where they contributed significantly to governance and incident management. Soha earned a Bachelor of Science from The American University in Cairo and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
