Walid Moawad

Walid Moawad, LSSGB, QA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in auditing and process improvement. From February 2012 to December 2013, Walid served as an External Auditor at Baker Tilly, where responsibilities included planning auditing processes and ensuring financial statement accuracy. Subsequently, at KPMG EG | Hazem Hassan, from January 2016 to September 2018, Walid held the position of Senior Consultant, focusing on business process improvement and internal control reviews. Walid advanced to Internal Audit Supervisor at Agro Delta Groep from June 2014 to December 2015, managing the full audit cycle and communicating findings to management. Most recently, Walid has held leadership roles at CIB Egypt and currently serves as the Internal Audit Operational Head at The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E (I-SCORE) since May 2023, where responsibilities encompass process re-engineering and stakeholder collaboration to drive improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience. Walid holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
