Sylvia Kapteijn

Sylvia Kapteijn is a Centrale vertrouwenspersoon and coördinator interne vertrouwenspersonen at I-SEC since 2024 and has transitioned to an extern vertrouwenspersoon in 2023. With years of experience as a personeelsmanager at a government agency, Sylvia understands the importance of a safe and pleasant workplace for all employees. Sylvia supports organizations by providing guidance, facilitating conversations, and compiling annual reports on workplace safety. They recently completed training at the Landelijk instituut vertrouwenspersonen in 2023.
