Conor Burke

Conor Burke is a seasoned technology professional and veteran with extensive experience in software engineering and intelligence operations. As a Senior Technologist at Black Cape from March 2022 to May 2025, Conor applied advanced technical skills to drive innovative solutions. Previous roles include serving as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where Conor completed a rigorous Signals Intelligence Officer’s Course and graduated as Class Honor Graduate. Conor's military career includes positions such as Intelligence Officer on the USS ANCHORAGE, where coordination of intelligence activities across multiple countries was essential, and as a Platoon Commander responsible for training Marines in intelligence collection methods. Conor’s technical expertise was further honed at General Dynamics Information Technology and Booz Allen Hamilton. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University.
