Matt Pearce

Matt Pearce is an accomplished professional in fraud risk management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Fraud Risk Management and Dispute Operations at i2c Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this role, Pearce was Head of Fraud & Payment Risk at Mercury® Financial and Head of Fraud at Green Dot Corporation, where responsibilities included developing and enhancing the fraud strategy and overseeing its implementation. Previously, Pearce held various senior positions at Varo Bank, WebBank, and JPMorgan Chase, including Executive Director and Vice President roles focused on risk operations and fraud prevention. Pearce's educational background includes an MBA from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
