Mark Manasse

Mark Manasse has an extensive work experience, starting from their current role as a Distinguished Engineer at i2Chain, Inc. since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce as a Principal Architect from December 2014 to July 2018, focusing on public cloud security and blockchain research.

Before joining Salesforce, Mark spent over a decade at Microsoft, where they held the position of Partner Principal Researcher from October 2001 to November 2014.

Mark'scareer began at Compaq, where they worked as a Senior Consulting Engineer from February 1999 to October 2001 and as a Consulting Engineer from July 1985 to February 1999. Mark also had a role as a Consulting Engineer at Compaq Systems Research Center from 1998 to 2001.

Mark's early experience includes working as a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs from June 1982 to June 1985, and as a Visiting Professor of Computer Science at the University of Chicago from September 1984 to December 1984.

Mark Manasse earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Harvard University from 1975 to 1978. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1978 to 1981. Later, they furthered their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they obtained a PhD in Mathematical Logic from 1978 to 1982.
