Ken Conn

Director, Partnerships & Collaboration at I2i Technologies

Ken Conn has worked in various positions since 1998. Ken began their career as a Teacher, Technology Support Specialist, Distance Learning Coordinator, and Instructional Technologist at Lamar Consolidated ISD. Ken then moved to Texas Distance Learning Association (TxDLA) in 2005, where they held the positions of President-Elect, President, and Immediate Past President. In 2006, they joined Data Projections as an Education Account Manager and Director of Houston Education. Ken then moved to Audio Visual Technologies Group, Inc. in 2013, where they were a Senior Sales Account Manager. In 2014, they joined i2i Technologies as Director, Partnerships & Collaboration. In 2015, they became the Virtual Technology Director at Association for Talent Development (ATD) Houston Chapter. Throughout their career, Ken has developed and maintained partnerships while helping people and organizations with video communications. Ken has also provided professional services such as Conversational Consulting, Design, Installation & Configuration, Implementation & Support, Maintenance, Managed A/V Solutions, and Live Virtual & Hybrid Events Support.

Ken Conn's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh from 1994 to 1998, and a high school diploma from South Fayette High School from 1990 to 1994. Ken also holds certifications from Zoom (ZSA - Zoom Phone and ZTSA - Zoom Foundations, obtained in October and September 2022, respectively), the State of Texas (Texas Teacher Certificate, obtained in March 1999), Whova (Virtual and Hybrid Event Planner, obtained in January 2022), and Lifesize (Lifesize Technical Specialist and Lifesize Sales Specialist, obtained in October 2018 and February 2015, respectively).
