Allison Coleman

Allison Coleman is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently employed as a Recruiter at i2M since November 2024, Allison previously held the position of Corporate Recruiter at McCarthy Tire Service from September 2020 to December 2024, as well as serving as a Corporate Receptionist. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care and as Club Manager at RiverCrest Golf Club. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University and two Associate's degrees, one in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Montgomery County Community College and another in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Luzerne County Community College.
