Joe Torres

Joe Torres is an experienced professional in building engineering, currently serving as the Senior Chief Engineer at i3 since 2023. They gained previous experience as a Building Engineer at Hines from 2007 to 2011 and as an Assistant Chief Engineer at PM Realty Group from 2011 to 2015. Their earlier roles included Warehouse Receiving Lead at Bell & McCoy Companies and HVAC Technician/Installer at Choice Air Conditioning & Heating. Joe has also worked as a Maintenance Specialist at Emerson EGS Enclosures and Controls and held the position of Building Engineer at The RMR Group in 2021-2022. They attended Houston Community College and North Harris Community College from 2005 to 2009.
