Gregory McDowell

Gregory McDowell has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Gregory has recently worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer at i3logix, Inc. since 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of a Senior Report Analyst at Ensono/Wipro from 2013 to 2020, where they provided technical leadership and implemented reporting strategies.

Before Ensono/Wipro, McDowell worked as a Product Support Analyst/Crystal Report Developer at Ideal Chemical and Supply Company from 2011 to 2013, where they developed data analysis reporting services for end users using Crystal Reports.

Gregory also served as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Hilton Worldwide from 2006 to 2011, where they developed reporting services for department leaders using SQL scripting and SQL Server Reporting services.

McDowell started their career as a Contractor at Jackson Consulting in 2002 and as a Personal Home Service Manager at ServiceMaster from 2000 to 2002. Gregory also worked at Concord EFS as a Banking Operations Night Auditor from 1996 to 2000 and as a Banking Customer Service Representative from 1995 to 1996, where they oversaw the nightly transmittal of accounts and provided customer service.

Gregory McDowell received their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from The University of Memphis, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology/Visual Basic Programming from Southwest Tennessee Community College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, McDowell obtained the ITIL Foundation V3 certification in October 2013.
