David L.

David L. has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. David started their career at Apple Inc. in 2005 as a Seasonal Specialist and eventually became a Lead Genius. After leaving Apple in 2010, they joined MacWorks Incorporated as a Macintosh Consultant and Market Manager. In 2012, they founded their own firm, Start On Technology, in South Florida. David then worked at Yelp as an IT Manager from 2017 to 2022, where they managed projects, assets, and support for the IT Operations team. David later joined Astronomer as a Senior Information Technology Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Technology Director at IA Collaborative since 2023.

David L. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University in 2016. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Jamf 200 Certified Tech, Apple Certified Support Provider 10.11, Apple Certified Support Professional 10.8, Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist 10.4, Billings Pro Certified, Daylite Expert, and iOS Deployment Workshop.
