Alejandro Guzmán Chávez

Alejandro Guzmán Chávez has a diverse work experience in product management and project management roles. Alejandro is currently the Head of Product Management at IA interactive, where they lead a team of Product Managers and ensures product compliance with standards. Previously, they worked at Bitso as a Product Manager Payments, where they directed scrum squads to develop and launch integration with the Colombian financial system. Before that, Alejandro worked at IA interactive as a Product Manager, where they led the development of web and mobile applications for Cinépolis, Toyota Financial Services, and Italika. Alejandro also worked as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and implementing agile methodologies. Alejandro's early experience includes web development roles, where they developed multiple websites for the entertainment industry.

Alejandro Guzmán Chávez completed their education at the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia. From 2009 to 2014, they pursued a degree in Computer Software Engineering, obtaining a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales. In 2013, they also pursued a degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor at the same institute.

In addition to their formal education, Alejandro has acquired several certifications. In December 2016, they became a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. In June 2020, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. Furthermore, they acquired the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency certification from Coursera in August 2021. Most recently, in October 2021, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
