Alejandro Montoya

Alejandro Montoya has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alejandro began their career as an IT Consultant and Research Professor at Universidad Tecnológica de Coahuila, where they taught subjects related to IT Development and conducted research in New Media. Alejandro also served as a Consultant in the IT area for the implementation of new systems. Alejandro then worked as an IT Department Coordinator for the Gobierno del estado de Coahuila before transitioning to Grupo Reforma, where they advised the Saltillo section for the Palabra local newspaper. In 2010, Alejandro joined Grupo W as an Administrator & Talent Attraction Manager, responsible for talent recruitment and development. Alejandro also played a key role in customer service and developing new business alliances. Alejandro's next career move brought him to Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they worked as a Business Incubation Consultant. Alejandro then joined IA Interactive as an HR Manager, overseeing staffing and recruitment management. At IA Interactive, Alejandro progressed to become the Head of Human Resources, focusing on strategic alliances for outsourcing and staff augmentation. Throughout their career, Alejandro also served as a Board Member for Círculo Creativo de México.

Alejandro Montoya has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. Alejandro obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Management from the Universidad de Guanajuato, where they studied from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, Alejandro attended the Instituto Nacional de Estudios de Administración Pública, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bureaucratic Law.
