Chris Brace is currently the Executive Director at the IAAPS - Institute for Advanced Automotive Propulsion Systems, a position held since 2023, and previously served as the Academic Director at the same institution from 2019 to 2023. They have been a Professor of Automotive Propulsion at the University of Bath since 2014 and have held various academic roles there, including Reader in Automotive Engineering and Senior Lecturer. Chris began their career as a Transmission Design Engineer at Massey Ferguson from 1990 to 1992.
