Rowena Lam

Rowena Lam is the Senior Director of Privacy and Data at the IAB Tech Lab. Rowena has over eight years of experience in product management and marketing, with a focus on digital products and solutions. Prior to joining the IAB Tech Lab, Rowena was the Director of Product at Jump Ramp Group, a subsidiary of A+E Networks. There, they partnered with the business and technologists to deliver process-oriented, technology solutions via written detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Before that, Rowena was a Senior Product Manager at Jump Ramp, where they were responsible for managing the product lifecycle including ideation and creation of the product roadmap with senior management, creation of business specifications, and measurement of app performance. Rowena began their career as a Sr. Marketing Coordinator & Producer at Publishers Clearing House. Rowena has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from New York University.

Rowena Lam graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
