Todd Henry

Todd Henry has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Todd is currently a Senior Product Manager at IAB Tech Lab, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IBM as a Senior Product Manager from 2018 to 2020, where they successfully collaborated with cross-discipline teams to improve the development, design, marketing, finance, subscriptions, and advertising for weather.com and wunderground.com. During their time at IBM, they also raised the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 30 points in less than a year. Before joining IBM, Todd held the position of Head of Web Engineering at The Weather Channel from 2016 to 2018, where they managed a team of 10+ engineers and directed all web engineering efforts for the consumer weather sensor IoT business unit of IBM Watson. Todd also contributed to the development of the developer API portal, advertising KPIs, and digital subscription revenue streams. Prior to working at The Weather Channel, Todd served as a Principal Software Engineer at Weather Underground from 2005 to 2016, overseeing engineering, advertising, and analytics for product development teams. Todd was responsible for designing and building new features while maintaining and upgrading existing ones. Todd also has entrepreneurship experience, having co-founded iPilot.com in 2000 and served as its Creative Director. Todd has also worked at vivid studios as a Buildmaster, Broderbund Software as an eCommerce Developer, and Parsons Technology, Inc. as an Online Developer in earlier stages of their career.

Todd Henry attended the University of Iowa from 1994 to 1995, although no degree or field of study information is provided. In terms of additional certifications, Todd obtained several certifications related to digital product management, managing an agile team, agile analytics, hypothesis-driven development, agile meets design thinking, and modern fundamentals of digital product management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
