Christopher Currier CPA is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, technical accounting, and financial reporting. Currently serving as Vice President of M&A and Technical Accounting at IAC since January 2014, responsibilities include leading financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, overseeing financial reporting, and providing technical accounting consulting. Prior experience at Ernst & Young spanned over seven years, where Christopher performed financial due diligence on transactions exceeding $30 billion and provided advisory services for SEC filings. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
