Dave Donars, CSPO, PMP, currently serves as VP Measurement at IAC since 2021 and is Co-Founder & Head of Client Management & Research at Freehand Circle, a boutique consultancy established in June 2018. Previously, Donars held significant roles such as Head of Data Science and Product Development at sparks & honey, Chief Strategy Officer at Cardwell Beach, and Senior Global Director of Insights & Analytics at MEDIACOM. With extensive experience in building analytics teams and developing strategic marketing initiatives for prominent clients like Novartis and E*TRADE, Donars has demonstrated proficiency in product strategy, data analysis, and client management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an Executive Certificate in Corporate Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
