Kendall Handler

Kendall Handler is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of IAC and serves in the Office of the Chairman. In this role, Ms. Handler is responsible for all of the legal and transactional activities of the company and its more than 150 brands and products, including the company’s corporate governance and various partnership and acquisition initiatives.

Ms. Handler joined IAC in 2017 as M&A Counsel, where she had primary responsibility for the legal aspects of IAC’s mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work.

Previously, Ms. Handler practiced law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz for over six years, where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, governance and other corporate matters.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Angi Inc. and Vimeo.

Ms. Handler graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree with highest distinction from the University of Virginia.
