Lisa Ross

Lisa Ross possesses extensive experience in human resources management, having held senior leadership positions at prominent companies. At IAC from January 2016 to January 2019, Lisa served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, acting as a strategic partner to drive business and people success, while also overseeing HR functions for IAC Publishing and its brands as Vice President. Prior to that, Lisa led HR operations at Ask Media Group from May 2012 to January 2016, managing global HR functions for the organization. Most recently, from February 2020 to February 2021, Lisa served as Chief of People Operations at Care.com, where responsibilities included redesigning the department amid the challenges of the global pandemic and implementing important diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
