Stuart Cawthorn

Stuart Cawthorn is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Since April 2007, Stuart has held various positions at IAC/InterActiveCorp, advancing from Corporate Counsel to Senior M&A Counsel and now serving as Vice President, M&A Counsel. Prior to this role, Stuart worked as an Associate at Skadden Arps from September 2002 to April 2007. Stuart holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, earned between 1999 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from William & Mary, obtained from 1995 to 1999.
